Attorney Vivian C. Sanchez
Vivian C. Sanchez was born and raised in the Valley in South Texas.
She earned her B.A. in both English and History with a minor in Hispanic Studies from Texas A&M College Station, TX in 2012, she went on to get her Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University in Houston, TX in 2015, and concluded her education with a Masters of Law in International Criminal Law from St. Mary's School of Law in San Antonio, TX in 2016. She has been practicing law since 2015.
Throughout the years, she has had a wide variety of experience with different immigration agencies and forms of relief in different states throughout the United States. Whether it's before an immigration judge in court or with an immigration officer at USCIS, she will always advocate zealously for her clients.
DEPORTATION DEFENSE
Representing clients before the Immigration Court to include bonds, Asylum, Withholding, Cancellation of Removal, etc.
VAWA
Advocating for spouses of Lawful Permanent Residents or U.S. Citizens who have been victims of abuse/domestic violence.
FAMILY BASED PETITIONS
Assisting clients with the process of obtaining Lawful Permanent Residency and/or Citizenship from immediate family members.
DACA
Preparing applications and renewals for Dreamers, individuals who came into the U.S. as children.
U-VISA
Helping clients gain lawful status after being victims of certain qualifying criminal activity.
NATURALIZATION
Filing applications for individuals who are Lawful Permanent Residents who wish to become Citizens of the United States of America.
